...on January 6, 2008, we landed in Nashville, TN, with our first 3 Ethiopian kiddos (Bereket, Bethlehem, and Selam). Siblings Brandon, Isabella, and Justice awaited their arrival.
What a sacred homecoming it was! Life has been beautiful ever since!
My daughter, who come home from Ethiopia with us in May, watched your video totally captivated as was I even though I have watched it before. Thanks for sharing your story!
since I'm not on FB anymore, I'm not able to follow your journey. Thanks for posting. I pray for you all and hope to get our families together someday.
Hi! I am looking for other Nashville parents who have adopted children from Ethiopia or India. I hate putting my info out there on the web, but please do email me sometimes at tanyachristo@yahoo.com (and then maybe delete this post). My husband and I are just starting the adoption process, but would love to meet up with other families/children once we bring our son/daugther home.
I am a 30-something nose-ringed mom to eleven-going-on-something stellar kids (4 via my belly and 7 via adoption), wife to one heroic husband, children's book author, lover of justice, adoption promoter, and sold-out follower of Jesus. My mantra: "My life is not my own." And one day that will be my tattoo. Maybe.
To follow us on our current blog, head on over to www.wehaveroom.org where you can follow the continuing story of what God is up to in our lives.

"Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west. I will say to the north, `Give them up!' and to the south, `Do not hold them back. Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth.'" -Isaiah 43: 5-6
